We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that the regulations on data protection, relevant laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) are adhered to.

  • You may request that incorrect personal data be corrected.
  • You may demand the deletion of your data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
  • You are entitled to demand a restriction of the processing of your personal data if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, if the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to have it deleted and we no longer require the data.
  • You are entitled to receive your personal data provided by us in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
  • You can always contact the supervisory authority responsible for you with a complaint.

 

Transfer of data to third parties

Your personal data will not be passed on or otherwise transferred to third parties, unless this is necessary for the purpose of responding or for the execution of a contract or you have given your prior consent.

We process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this privacy policy.

Right to object

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR if there are reasons for doing so arising from your particular situation or if the objection is directed

Order data processing / Order processing

We work with service providers who process certain data on our behalf. This is done exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection law. We have especially concluded agreements with our service providers on commissioned data processing, which meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Through careful selection and regular monitoring, we ensure that our service providers take all organisational and technical measures necessary to protect your data.

Applications

You can apply for open positions with us by e-mail. The purpose of data collection is the applicant selection for possible justification of a relationship employment. In order to process your application, we collect the data provided by you (usually first and last name, e-mail address, application documents such as certificates and curriculum vitae, earliest possible date of starting the job and salary expectations).

We would like to point out that if applications are sent in an unencrypted manner via e-mail, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. You can generally also apply for our positions by mail or directly on site. The legal basis for the processing of your application documents is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b and Art. 88 para. 1 GDPR in conjunction with § 26 para. 1 sentence 1 BDSG.

We store your personal data upon receipt of your application. If we accept your application and an employment relationship arises, we will store your applicant data for as long as it is necessary for the employment relationship and insofar as legal regulations require us to store it. If we reject your application, we will store your applicant data for a maximum of three months after the rejection of your application, unless you give us your consent for an extended storage. If you have given us your consent separately, we will store the data you provide as part of your application in our applicant pool for a further twelve months after the end of the application process in order to identify any other positions of interest to you and contact you again if necessary.  The data will be deleted after the term has expired. You can revoke this consent for the future at any time by sending us an e-mail to gisela.schnatz@kreso.de.

We use cookies on our website.
